• Business partnering clients on recruitment and selection as per TAFEP guidelines
  • Assist clients in advertisement and conduct background search prior to placement of candidates
  • Represent client to interview and conduct interview assessment through the development of questionnaires targeted at specific job function if required.
  • Talent acquisition for executive/ technical level.
  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of human capital if required by clients.
